It is always a pleasure to receive feedback from our guests on how the CC Africa experience has touched their hearts.

Our experience at the Phinda Walking Safari was simply wonderful. Over the
years, I've been on 3 walking safaris and many others and this has been my
best experience yet.
The experience was so wonderful because of the excellent staff. Sam our
ranger really impressed us with his tracking abilities and his understanding
of wildlife behavior. He was also just a lot of fun to be around. The staff
as a whole made us feel so comfortable - that while we were out in the bush
- we were really living in great comfort. The food was also excellent.
Overall, the knowledge and professionalism of the staff truly enhanced our
experience. We have highly recommended Phinda Walking Safari to our friends.

Phinda!!!!! We think this a little piece of heaven that has been sent to earth it was incredable I could write so many superlatives but it still would not describe how wonderful a place this is. Everything from start to finish, you told us it was exceptional, it was more than that, lodges ,staff, game viewing were all out of this world, the attention to detail for our stay at Phinda was way beyond our hopes. We spent nearly six weeks touring your country and it was all way above what we dreamed it would be, we will 100%be returning to visit in the future and top of the list will be PHINDA.

Our safari at Phinda was really special and Forest Lodge was fabulous - we
were looked after so well there; the staff was excellent, the safaris were
brilliant and we couldn't fault anything. Everything was perfect and the
staff went to extra lengths to make sure I received my veggie meals and the
extra touches (candles and champagne waiting in our room on our last night)
really made it an experience we will never forget.

I'm home and well. It's indeed hard to shake the dust... I definitely left
my heart in Africa. The beauty of your country, the nature, the sun and all
the beautiful animals and warmth of South African hospitality was really...
overwhelming. I was told about the friendliness of SA people, but still...
it took me by surprise.
I loved Phinda and the Forest Lodge was wonderful. I also met some very nice
people who were guests at the same time... and all the dinner talks and
laughs we had together, the flights with those small planes.... everything
just perfect.

A small group of us recently visited Forest Lodge in the Phinda Private Game
Reserve to help one of our numbers celebrate an important birthday. The
reception we received there, and the flawless way things were arranged for
us was of such a high order that I feel it important to convey our
delightful thanks to your Organisation. In the process I would also like to
commend both the management of the Reserve and the many at Forest Lodge who
made it so wonderful to be there.
Probably the first thing which impressed us all was the very real effort
that seems to have been made to make sure CC Africa's commitment to
conservation is actually carried out. In an age when many Companies publish
"Mission Statements" claiming to be our planet's devoted protectors, all
while doing egregious damage to its most fragile parts, it's so special to
find a corporation which actually "walks the walk", as well as "talking the
talk". All the staff at Phinda seemed to have a real pride, not only in
their particular job, but also in the overall goal of helping to preserve
Africa's great wildlife heritage.
And their training must have been of a very high order, for all we met at
the Forest Lodge were cheerful, and helpful, taking prompt care of all our
needs during our stay....
Not only that but out entire visit went off without a hitch. That in itself
suggests a high level of management ability. This opinion is supported by
the evident respect and liking the lodge staff displayed toward their
manager.

The bottom line is this: our experience was exciting, enchanted and extraordinary. The opportunity to see wildlife in its natural habitat is a wonderful privilege and a thrilling experience that has provided memories that will last forever. On top of that, the level of kindness and service we received from start to finish was superb. Each member of the CC Africa staff we encountered exhibited a commitment to ensuring the best possible experience we could have.
The accommodation at Phinda was wonderful. Our cabin, set apart from the lodge in the forest, had a luxurious simplicity. From the hardwood floors of the main room to the stone floors of the bathroom, and framed by the glass walls that provided a feeling of lightness and openness, we could not have been happier. The room was serviced with skill and finesse by a staff that seemed largely invisible, but uncommonly effective.
We were fortunate at Phinda to have Martin Nzwire as our ranger. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and generous with his time and experience. As
for the game viewing, prior to this experience we had no basis of comparison. And as I said at the beginning, the opportunity to see animals, birds, reptiles and insects I had only seen in magazines, on television or in zoos, was amazing and transforming.

Every leg of the trip was seamless. The staff everywhere was top notch. I
give you great credit for suggesting where we stay and what we do based on
my description of what we were looking for. You were dead on.
It was the little extras that floored me at Phinda - the bed-time stories,
personalized notes and the final night with a drawn bath, candles and
sparkling wine.
Overall, the trip was beyond description. Our experiences with the game
drives far exceeded our expectations.
Once again, thank you for the amazing experience. I will sing the praises
of CC Africa to all of my friends. Many of them have already talked of
going after seeing the pictures.

The highlight of our visit was certainly the Phinda Lodge. It was just
perfect. The luxurious bungalows with subtle and not too imposing amenities,
the ever so helpful and lovely staff, who really care. They make everybody
feel special. The food too was delicious and here too, there is not too many
"schnickschnack" which means it is not too fancy, which we prefer in a place
like this. All in all, Phinda is a place to return to. We even booked a
flight with Deon, which was superb. He showed as quite a few projects from
the air, which have been made possible through CC Africa. This scenic flight
can be highly recommended!

It was already the 7th time we visited S.A. and we will certainly go back
again (so yes, we cannot shake the dust of our boots).
What Phinda is concerned : it was sublime (we knew what to expect and our
whishes all came through).
As we experienced the first time : a warm welcome and we were treated like
kings all the time.
Anything you name : food, accomodation, staff etc......, everything was just
perfect.
